I have bought and sold real estate for 50 years in Massachusetts, Texas, and now in Florida. I have dealt with many real estate agents- some good and some not so good. In my opinion, Eddie and Lauri are probably the best agents that I have dealt with. Eddie was always very responsive to any communication, regardless if it was nine o'clock Sunday night. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he would research to find the correct answer as opposed to just making something up to sound good. The first time we met him, he spent about 2 hours showing us the house on a Friday night. We walked away from that showing very impressed with his honesty and simplicity. He answered every question simply. He didn't do the Slick Willy used car salesman elaboration strategy. There's a philosophy that I abide by: truth conveys- deception tries to convince. Eddie just conveyed. Eddie never pushed or pressured, he just conveyed. We never saw any slick Willie. Louri handles all the legal and local information necessary for somebody that is not from this area. I don't mean to steal a line from Allstate, but we felt we were in good hands with Louri. Louri would guide us of; where to do it, when to do it, how to do it. If we neglected to cross one of those T's, she would follow up with another email. Lori obviously pays attention to detail. I can say that my wife and I were both impressed with Louri and Eddie, pertaining to their professionalism in the real estate business and as good human beings. I was extremely impressed when I found out that they both served in the military for the majority of their adult life. In conclusion: thank you for your service.
